Clubs

  1. Animation Nation

    Our club holds open ended debates and informative meetings about topics that range from the history of animation to why some animations looks so realistic!

  2. Art Club

    The art club consists of students who would like to further their understanding of art and would like their art to have an impact on the community.

  3. Asia Pacific Club

    Students will discuss the history and culture of the countries located in Asia-Pacific which includes the regions of East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australasia and Oceania.

  4. Band

    Pembroke Pines Charter High School Band Program (PPCHS-BP) includes Marching Band, Winter Percussion, Jazz Band and Concert Band, under the direction of Mr. Matt Daugherty.

  5. Black Student Union

    Each month Black Student Union meetings will have a specific focus / theme which may include: social awareness, etiquette, affirmative action, HBCUs, and college readiness.

  6. Book Club

    The PPCHS Book Club meets on Wednesdays after school in the SW Regional Teen Room to help promote reading in our school and the community.

  7. Chess Club

    Chess players of all ability levels, including brand new, are welcome.

  8. Dance Team

    The Pembroke Pines Charter High School Dance Team is a diverse and versatile team. We perform many different styles of dance from hip hop to contemporary.

  9. Doctors of Tomorrow

    This club allows high school students to shadow doctors and see what they do on a day-to-day basis.

  10. Drama / Thespian

    Drama Club meetings will be held in the auditorium during homeroom and is open to all students.

  11. Environmental Club

    This year, the Science Club and Environmental club have merged together, however both clubs are still maintaining their respective officers.

  12. Fashion Club

    The Fashion club mission is to allow the student body to express themselves in a fun and creative way by flaunting their talents through style and photography.

  13. First Priority Club

    We empower students to carry out the Great Commission on campus by getting to know Christ, then making Him known by living out our faith.

  14. Gay Straight Alliance (GSA)

    At the GSA, we believe tolerance for all people despite their differences is an important part of living safely and happily.

  16. Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA)

    The purpose of the HOSA organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition.

  17. Key Club

    PPCHS Key Club strives off of individuals who are committed to community service and demonstrate it before and during membership.

  18. Latin Dance Club

    The Latin Dance Team was created by a very dedicated group of students who had a challenging task in mind.

  19. Mu Alpha Theta

    Mu Alpha Theta is a National Math Honor Society.

  20. National Honor Society (NHS)

    The National Honor Society is the front runner of organizations and societies that promote appropriate recognition for students who reflect outstanding accomplishments in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership and service.

  21. Relay for Life

    Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease.

  22. Science Club

    The PPCHS Science Club is a club whose goal is to help spread and promote science and technology by supporting learners' enthusiasm in the subject.

  23. Spanish Honor Society

    The Spanish National Honor Society is an organization for students who have completed Spanish 3 Honors and have maintained a 3.8 GPA.

  24. Step Team

    The Step Team performs routines at Pep Rallies, School Functions, Community Events, Parades and other types of venues.

  25. Student Government

    The Student Government Association (usually referred to as SGA) is a student-ran organization that is responsible for making the school a better place and enriching the high school experience for the Student Body.
