Coach Iglesias began as the Head Coach for the Jaguars in 2007.

Accomplishments

• 14 - 12 (2023) Reached the Regional Semifinals.
• 8 - 14 (2022) Reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 12 - 13 (2021) Reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 3 - 4 (2020) Season suspended due to the pandemic.
• 19 - 5 (2019) - Won District and reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 18 - 10 (2018) - Won District and reached the Regional Semifinals.
• 11 - 13 (2017) - Won District and reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 16 - 10 (2016) - Won District and reached the Regional Semifinals.
• 18 - 5 - 1 (2015) - Won District and reached the Regional Semifinals.
• 19 - 5 (2014) - Won District and reached the Regional Finals for the first time in school history.
• 11 - 12 (2013) - Reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 14 - 8 (2012) - Reached the Regional Quarterfinals.
• 10 - 11 (2011) - Reached the District Semifinals.
• 15 - 7 (2010) - Reached the District Semifinals.
• 18 - 11 (2009) - Reached  the Regional Semifinals
• 18 - 9 (2008) - Reached the District Semifinals.

Coach Iglesias was raised in Hialeah, Florida.  He graduated from Hialeah High School in 1979.  He was a 3-year letterman, selected to the 1^st Team All-County by the Miami Herald, and was Team MVP his senior year. He received Honorable Mentions for his junior and sophomore years. 

He attended Miami Community College – Downtown Campus (1979 – 1981) on a baseball scholarship.  He also received a baseball scholarship from St. Thomas University (1981 – 1983).  He was selected to the 1^st Team All-Conference and was named Team MVP his senior year. 

Coach Iglesias graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration.
