· Attention all Jags! If you’re interested in cooking and tasting the cuisine of different cultures then attend our informational meeting this Thursday, August 30th in room C109. Applications are due Thursday, September 6th and the spots are limited!
· Looking for a way to do your part in finding a cure for cancer? Relay for Life will be holding an informational meeting on Wednesday, September 5th during homeroom in the River of Grass Auditorium. New, exciting changes are happening this year! See Mrs. Hyacinth in U233 if you cannot attend.
· Attention all Jaguars with a passion for math! Applications to join Mu Alpha Theta (math honor society) for the 2018-2019 school year are now available in Mrs. Guzman’s room (U205). Turn them in to room U205 by September 5th to ensure your application is reviewed. Good luck, and go jags!
· Attention 10th-12th graders: If you're interested in being a member of our school's chapter of the National English Honor Society, please see the bulletin board outside of D203 for an application. Applications due before the end of August.
· Hey Jags! Are you interested in science? Experiments? Saving the environment? The Science Club and Science National Honor Society applications will be open until August 31st. Please check out our website (ppchsscience.weebly.com) for applications and follow the requirements. If you’re a past member from 2017-2018, we will be contacting you about your membership status.
· Are you a sophomore, junior, or senior with an interest in history and other social studies? Be sure to attend the informational meeting for Rho Kappa: National Social Studies Honor Society after school (2:10 p.m.) on September 4th in Mrs. Hyacinth’s room (U233).
